Vibrant pigmented highlights are ON the rise. Maybe it's a trend inspired by Halloween. Hmmm...?
Recent Runway shows have been incorporating two tone hair but there's a new look on the scene. Maybe thanks to Rap Queen,Nicki Minaj:
Burnt Orange;Black w/pink

In NYC- I've seen just about every color known to man. They were highlights not a full dye.It's a fun way to make winter bright and fun:)
